Ordering took well over 2 hours ... with an indication of 60 minutes. Doesn't work at all.

Pizzas are always great Today took a little long. But it was worth it.

This is the bad supplier company in the world because you wait for the food for 2 hours. and that's not possible dear people never order anything from freddy fresh

I've been ordering from you since 2015 and I'm always very satisfied. The pizzas are in top condition and the toppings are plentiful. the prices are very, very good and reasonable.

Never "had to" ask for pizza before, but due to the corona lockdown in March / April, when my canteen had to close, my colleagues and I tried out various delivery services in and around Riesa ... Freddy Fresh Riesa quickly became our favorite. Whether pizza, pasta or salad - everything is delicious. Delivery was always on time, even with large orders ... Without exception, the drivers are friendly and pleasant to look at. Great praise! Keep it up!

Edit: very good and professional complaint handling by the branch manager. I like to give a second chance and increase the star rating from one star to four. What a tragedy! Ordered online again from this supplier after several years. Order out at 5:12 p.m. It shows 50 minutes until delivery. As a former restaurateur, I am adding the academic quarter. At 6:45 p.m. the website says - the order has been delivered. Very nice if the website says that's all good, right? Problem, nothing was delivered! I call and ask when I can expect my order. You couldn't rely on the system (not my problem), and the food was taken away by a driver who was heading in the wrong direction. But our order is being prepared in the kitchen. Only after this statement comes the question of whether I still want the order (eh?). Not a word of apology, and why do I even give my phone number if it is not used in case of problems? In any case, I tell the lady on the phone (shaking my head, but still friendly) that I am now looking forward to the freshly prepared fast delivery. 7.45 p.m.! I'm calling again to ask where my order is now. Cheeky answer: the receipt says that it takes 90 minutes. Now I feel easily fooled! While I am informing the gentleman on the phone about my view of things, the doorbell rings and the driver comes with the hopefully fresh pizza, pizza rolls etc. 7:52 p.m. open the flaps of the boxes and lo and behold ... an old, lukewarm rubber cloth. Service: poor Complaint handling: inadequate Quality: more than poor Conclusion: never again! But I know you don't care.

If pizza, then Freddy! Always friendly staff, food always comes super quickly and is hot. Only once did it take longer and the food was unfortunately cold, but the employee apologized immediately, but unfortunately couldn't change anything about the food. ButX The pizzas are always full, taste absolutely great, delivery time is very short, I wouldn't eat pizza anywhere else! ☺️

Ordered from you for the first time today and both the pizzas and the burger were excellent. From now on you have one more Freddy fan. I'm already looking forward to the next delivery 😍

The last time I waited over two hours to get to oz. 80 min were said. And then still cold. The first time it worked it was hot and delicious but this time it wasn't a shame.

Update: After a very pleasant phone call with the branch manager, the situation described was clarified. Everyone deserves a second chance. :) We are waiting for the next order ... After waiting for more than 2 hours, after a call, it turned out that the order had not even been started and the store would close in half an hour. Respect for so much service !!! Was the first and last time something was ordered in this shop. But apparently the company doesn't care about paying customers !!!

It was super delicious, the driver was really nice and friendly, very well-groomed appearance. We will definitely order again when we are in Riesa again.

We will of course continue to be a customer because of a breakdown that can happen, we will not leave. The food is delicious and the staff is always friendly. Many thanks again at this point. We have always been satisfied except today, which is very disappointing. The pizza rolls were burnt, my Budapest was not done properly and the broccoli was still cold and the Rotterdam was not done exactly the same and the asparagus was still cold, the chicken strips were pasty. It's a shame

Online ordering for advanced users could be easier. Pasta Bilbao - salted, no ham (before trying what you prepare) u on call there, I note this, forget colleague ... at such prices may not happen
